Questions we hear often

Is QuickBooks or similar software included in the price?

No. Your monthly retainer covers our service, not third party software. You'll need your own subscription to an accounting platform like QuickBooks, a payments tool like Melio for AP and AR, and a payroll provider like ADP. We help you set these up and manage them, but the subscriptions themselves are billed to you directly.

Do you work with the software I already use?

In most cases, yes. Our process is built around QuickBooks, Melio, and ADP, but we can typically adapt to what you already have in place. If switching would meaningfully improve things, we'll flag it during your free consultation.

What's included in the flat monthly retainer?

Your dedicated bookkeeping team, plus all the bookkeeping, AP, AR, and payroll work outlined above, and monthly reporting. Software subscriptions for tools like QuickBooks, Melio, and payroll processing are separate costs billed by those providers.
